Windows 10 Game Bar Error “Can’t Record Right Now, Try Again Later?”
When I open windows 10 game bar (clicking "windows" key + "G" key), the record icon is not highlighted to click on. When I try to click on it anyway, I receive the "Can’t Record Right Now, Try Again Later?" error message. What is causing this error?

This can sometimes be related to specific games. Which one(s) are you getting the error message on?

It wasn't a particular game. In the past, when I would just open the windows game bar, the record icon would be accessible to click on to begin recording. When I open it now, nothing happens when I try to click on record and I receive that message that I stated in my previous post. I will follow the steps in your link to remove and reinstall it.

There are 2 listings [windows powershell and windows powershell (admin)]. I realized after I ran that command stated in the link, I selected the wrong powershell. I did it again and ran the command again from the admin powershell. Did I mess anything up running the command from the wrong powershell the first time I ran it? The record icon works now. Then I opened recorded a video on yahoo finance and the audio sounded all muffled.

Running a PowerShell script that needs to be run as Admin not as Admin would likely only fail to perform the function. It should not normally cause any issues.
Muffled audio is a separate issue, since the recording function is at least working now.

The only thing I guess I could try is updating my audio drivers? I don't know what else to do. When I go to device manager/sound, video, and game controllers, there are 2 listings (Intel display audio and Realtek audio). When I click update drivers for both and search automatically for drivers, it says that the latest drivers are installed for both. I know I didn't have any problems with recording and audio in the past, but haven't used it for a bit. Not sure why it is doing this now and not sure what else to do.
