Internet droppage
Internet drops for a brief second, causing gaming issues. I am not 100% sure, but I've been noticing some lost in connection "hiccups". I just though it was the game server, but not I am noticing with on internet surfing Facebook and YouTube. But again it's a brief 2 to 12 seconds of nothing. I try internet speed test, only issue is that it happens at random time. maybe 20 or so sometimes through out the day. I call my ISP and the audio recording stated the are aware of the issue, but when I talk to the tech people, they say that they don't see any issues. Is there a continues speed test that I can run for a period of time that will record the date/time of the drop and measure the time out and display it to where I can show the tech people?
Will update soon

Here are two tests that may help. There are others if you search google for "test online speed over time".
https://testmy.net/auto
http://startrinity.com/InternetQuali...dthTester.aspx
Note that it uses bandwidth so if you don't have unlimited bandwidth with your internet provider the data down/uploaded for these tests will count towards your monthly usage.

What is the exact make/model of your cable modem?
I've seen reports about problems with Intel 6 Puma based modems, like the SB6190:
