Was anything found during your scans?

What web browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

Trackers are cookies and Superantispyware, which is really old and out of date, always touts finding lots of them. Overall they are very low on the worrisome scale and would not cause any computer issues. Between AVG and Malwarebytes you've got good coverage. Just make sure you have the latest browser version and use CCleaner to clear out temp/cache files that can cause some slowdowns if they get too large. Also depends on what your "etc" means. Perhaps elaborate.

You could do a one off online scan here for extra peace of mind. https://www.eset.com/ca/home/online-scanner/

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

Also, make sure that you do not have more than ONE active antivirus program installed, otherwise, they can fight with each other over who gets to control your system.
