Programs shrink up on Desktop
Ever since I updated my Dell Latitude to Windows 10 2004 I will open a program like Chrome or CCleaner and when I move the cursor to the bottom or the right the programs I have up, they resize into a very small square on the screen. When I move the cursor again or click on the resized screened program they then come to full size. I don't know what got turned on to do this. There is a message saying to "use your pc more to see activities here". What's up with that? It's like the Task View was turned on by itself.
I will try to figure out what is going on. Never even saw this before.

I actually see the same screen when I click on Task View. But I had it turned off the whole time when this was happening. The Task View wasn't even showing in the task bar. All of this started to happen when my 2004 up came in. I will turn it on and then turn it off and see what happens. Very annoying because it does it on the fly when you are trying to work on something.
