Nothing in Excel Spreadsheet
I opened a spreadsheet that was created with Office 2007. I'm now on Office 2016 and there's nothing in any of my Excel spreadsheets, not even any grid lines.
I believe I'm in compatibility mode which might be the cause. How do I open them in normal mode?
Thanks - rev

I can't access the ghacks site at work because someone thinks it is a hacking site (it isn't). However, there are 2 other issues that might also cause this problem.
1. Microsoft removed some fonts from Windows 10 that might be used in Excel workbooks. If you are missing those fonts, and they are used in the workbook, you can get a blank display error. The fix is to install the correct fonts.
2. If the workbook was last opened and saved on a system with multiple monitors, this can also happen. The fix in this case is to go to View on the Ribbon and click Arrange All, and select something other than what is selected.
