[RESOLVED] Can't see videos
Hello,
I have high speed internet (220 MBPS) when I did the speed test. My C Disk has 183GB free of 232Gbs. I can't figure out
why videos won't load when I go to websites that has videos as an addition to the text on the site. Any ideas?
HP Desktop computer, Norton security, using Firefox browser.

Can you post a link (URL) to an example of the problem site?

Two possible reasons..
Running an ad blocker can stop a video from running esp if there's an ad to be shown before the media plays.
Older browser(s) may not have the capability to play the video.
