FOR WINDOWS UPDATE ONLY AS ADMINISTRATOR

only for this new update for W 8.1 , Windows require admninistrator status : KB4504418.
I don't see any options on Adm tools to download this update. On the instructions say to switch to autoupdates, which I dont want to. Any idea as to how avoid it?
    thanks in advance

the same thing is happening again with the following update:
    KB5016264: Servicing stack update for Windows 8.1, RT 8.1, and Server 2012 R2: July 12, 2022
is asking me to enter as an adm.
I tried from the MS catalog, as I did last time following your suggestion, but it cant be done, and now on the W.Update this stack is no longer appearing.

When I click the download button on the right it d/l's for me immediately after a window opens and I click the file. Maybe it's not appearing because your browser is blocking popups. Unblock them for that page or maybe try another browser.

    Or try this link..

Thanks Fink, I still can't believe it, the link you posted updated well, the one on my update window, still dead in the water.

I also have recently installed MS teams, which I used only once, but every time I start up the PC, it pops up, and take long for PC to move . Is there a way to take it out at start up, or even disinstall?
    Thanks again
