looking for snipping tool on the Microsoft store site,..

I used to have an AP from Microsoft 10 it was called 'snipping tool' or snip ? .. it was basically a pair of scissors that you could clip and save from a saved screen shot, & from there you could easily crop it to your desire ..
the AP was wonderful as it did what it was supposed to do on the first try .. the ap that is currently there is cumbersome and clumsy and I have no idea how to use it ..

anyone know??

The Snipping Tool should be built into Windows 10.

I rarely use it, since there are plenty of better and easier to use alternatives. Also, Microsoft may change how it works or remove it at any time.
