WkUFind.exe
When I start my computer a box appears do you want to run "WkUFind.exe" File origin: hard drive on this computer.
What is this file and how do I get rid of it. I am running win 7 prof.

This is Picture It Updater from MS.

You should be able to uninstall it in the usual manner from Control Panel/Programs and Features or
disable it

But be safe and run scans with antivirus and antimalware.

The process known as Microsoft® Works Update Detection belongs to software Microsoft Picture It! Photo (version 2002) or Microsoft Works or Microsoft Picture It! Express (version 9) or go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?prd or Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium (version 9) or Microsoft Digital Image Pro (version 9) or Update Detection Module
Did you install any of those programs?
You can Start > Run > type Msconfig
On the Startup tab, uncheck WkUFind.exe
Click OK
