Internet connection but no internet access

I am using a HP laptop running windows 10 and using both internet explorer and google chrome browsers. I also am using a private hotspot with my phone service to access the internet. On this computer I am no longer able to access the internet. I always get a little box near the top center of the screen saying authentication required. Inside the box it will be http://(name of website) requires a username and password. Your connection to this site is not private. IThanks

    Can you reach the internet
    1--When in a different hotspot?
    2--Using a different computer?

That little box seems to say you need to log into the hot spot. Have you been able to connect to the hot spot before?

Can you post a screenshot of the message itself?

I came home last night after work and turned on my computer expecting to see same message about authentication but got a big surprise when i was able to connect right to the internet. Tried various websites and all loaded as they should. NO idea why the problem left since I had made no changes . And again this morning the computer goes right to the internet with no issues.
But I do thank everyone for their help.

Lot of times, if you just shutdown for 10 minutes, problems like that just disappear. Probably something in memory was corrupt and causing the mess to take place.
