    Pre Boot-up Disk Inconistency Message

    Here's one I'm sure you've run into several times but I can't seem to locate it in your search...

    When booting-up, I receive a black text screen informing me that Windows must do a disk check

    "One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency... blah, blah"

    The "error" number or ref. number is:
    766f6c756d652e63 3f1


    I've dealt with this for months now... hoping it would somehow solve itself.
    Now it's become a real annoyance.
    I sort of recall some help with something similar eons ago... but I don't recall how this was resolved.
