    Photos on tablet

    Hi
I took some stills with my panasonic cam corder

I moved about 30 pics over to my tablet along with 3 old
    pics from my comp.

I tapped on the 3 old pics and theycame up... no probs
but none of the pics from my camcorder would come up.

They all appear to be jpg so why the prob

They were big... about 1.3 meg, so I reduced them to
about 230 k.... still they did nt come up after tapping them
    on the tablet !

any ideas what could be the prob ?

    thanks for any advice

What tablet are you using? Have you tried viewing the camcorder pics on your computer, and, if so, are they viewable? If yes, have you tried loading them into Paint, and then re-saving them as new .jpg files. That might make them viewable on the tablet.

Do you have more than one photo viewer app on the tablet? If they are slightly corrupted in any way some photo viewers are more sensitive to that than others. See if you can drag/drop or copy/paste one of the photos into the Android web browser.

Just noticed though. That all the camcorder pics. Are .JPG

While the 3 that work are. .jpg. could that be it ?

Will give that a go. Next time. I get my. Desktop. fired up

In Windows .jpg = .JPG but I'm not sure about Android. Rename the extension on one and see.

just changed them all to .jpg
but back on android ... no change

they are listed as camcorder .jpg .JPG

SO IT LOOKS like that big font JPG is being written by the android

somehow the android is just not accepting these camcorder stills

why ? I just cant figure it out !
