    COMPAQ Deskpro model question.

I've acquired a COMPAQ Deskpro computer and need to find out the model number so I may add to its RAM. The Deskpro has one piece of RAM (256MB) in the center slot of three RAM slots.

I would like to speed-up the machine's performance by increasing the RAM. Question; How may I determine the correct RAM (see specs below) used so I don't waste time/money guessing? The machine was originally sold with Win 98SE in it & I've installed XP.

Open Aida and click on Computer.
The right pane should list the computer make and model number.

Those are what is needed to find how much ram can be installed.
