[Inactive] social growth tech conduit virus

in my firefox history i keep seeing socialgrowthtechno/couponbuddy and conduit i know alot of people are having this problem since this started everything has slowed down alot i run scans day and night i dont know what to do i dont have experience with this, some say trojan? i have never went to these sights when i wanna log off and everything is closed it tells me tabs are still opened and my computer seems to be working to hard for browsing
