DelFolder Error message at startup
slow to start up, and get this darned error message. this happens when I first start up my computer. the background picture is there, but none of the icons, and across the top of the window it says:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe
then in the body of the window it says:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To Search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search."
I've been over at the Malware removal section and done all sorts of clean ups and scans. this seems to be leftover and won't go away. Broni has tried several things that haven't worked. You could see the log over there, or I can post for you here

Some rootkits are known to alter Windows so that it won't show you certain files, even though they are actually there. Have you removed the hard drive and attached it as a slave to another (clean) system, and then searched for the offending file with the drive attached as a slave?

No, I don't have the capabilities to do that, although I do have a second hard drive in the system.......
