Available memory increasing - Task Manager

As a computer sits idle and having the task mgr opened, why does the Available memory keep increasing every second. It then stablizes at some number but goes up and down. It just ticks away with small increments

Everything you do on the computer uses ram...

If you print something for example - the print drivers get loaded into ram...They stay there for a while incase you print again to speed up the process. After a while, Windows realizes that it looks like you wont print so it dumps the print drivers and frees up ram.
