Crossloop
Does anyone know of a better free software then Crossloop?
It is used to take over another computer with the other parties permission.
Thanks.

Never heard of Crossloop.
On the other hand - I use the following at work doing tech support:

If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Tell your end user to download the QS version (Quick Support). That will be less confusing for them. No install, just run the .exe file.

Remote Assistance is ok, but I still think Teamviewer is easier. RA requires that the end user send an "invitation" via email or Windows Messenger. Even that can be a challenge for the basic user.
