[RESOLVED] event viewer
For a couple of days I've been getting this message in EventViewer - see attached. Some times there will be 2 to 4 of them each with a different number after registry entry number. Every thing is working just fine, but what is this problem and how do I correct it?

jholloway--It seems to have to do with installing IE8 Beta.
Are you having problems running the PC? Is this a redball error?

If no problems running the PC, perhaps ignore?

Yes, it is a Red Ball error. No problems with the PC (laptop), every thing is working fine.
I uninstalled IE8 which brought be back to IE7. I'm pretty sure it is associated with that. I'm going to try suggestions in the addresses you both have so kindly funished.
I'll keep you posted.

I removed the 'offending' entries from the registry and so far no errors.
Thanks for your help on this.
Should they return, I'll let you know.
