Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
    1. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
    2. Close any open browsers.
    3. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
      • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
      • Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

      • Close any open browsers.
      • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
      • Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
      • If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
    4. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    5. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
    6. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.

**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

We have number of pre-issues here.

Your computer doesn't have any antivirus program installed.
Please, download, and install one of these:
    - Avast! free antivirus: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
    - Avira free antivirus: http://www.free-av.com/en/download/index.html

    - free PC Tools Firewall Plus: http://www.pctools.com/firewall/

    - free Comodo Internet Security (firewall + AV): http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/
NOTE. During installation, Comodo will also allow you to install AV only, or firewall only, if you prefer to combine one Comodo product with some other product.

If you decide to install Avast, or Avira, make sure, Windows firewall is turned on, or use PC Tools Firewall Plus.
If you decide to install Comodo, make sure, Windows firewall is turned off.

IMPORTANT! Make sure, you use only ONE antivirus, and ONE firewall.

After installation, update the program, and run a full scan.

When done, re-run Combofix, and HJT, posting their logs.
Make sure, you re-read Combofix instructions, especially regarding disabling security programs while running Combofix.

Is a legitimate version of AVG Antivirus a good idea, or do your favors lie with those that you have listed?

No, I don't like current AVG version.

    One edit to the above.
You don't have Recovery Console installed, so when you're done with installing new antivirus program, and after running its scan, do the following....

With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have the Windows Recovery Console pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

    Go to Microsoft's website => http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310994

Select the download that's appropriate for your Operating System

Download the file & save it as it's originally named.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Transfer all files you just downloaded, to the desktop of the infected computer.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools

    • Drag the setup package onto ComboFix.exe and drop it.

    • Follow the prompts to start ComboFix and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Recovery Console.

    • At the next prompt, click 'Yes' to run the full ComboFix scan.

    • When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt, and fresh HijackThis log in your next reply.

Combofix has to be run from Desktop, not form drive J, whatever it is.
Secondly, you didn't follow my instructions from my post #23 about installing Recovery Console.
Your computer is heavily infected, so you have to follow the instructions to the dot.
    Please, re-do.

I don't mean to challenge, but what is the strategy in installing recovery console before the computer is clean?

edit: Nevermind. I reread and found your reasoning.

My instructions state it pretty clearly:
The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

    Not a problem
I understand your frustration with the computer in this state, but when curing an infection, we have to follow certain procedures, and any rush may make things only worse.
It's easy to make a mistake.
