Need help with identifying memory chip and cost

I have several DIMM memory chips that I want to take in to a local mom & pop computer store, for either trade or cash I have one that I can not find the memory size. So let me tell you what I got and what should I get? Trade or cash in?

    1 - Samsang / IBM PC100-322-620 64MB
    1 - Hyundai / IBM PC100-322-620 64MB
    1 - NEC PC100-322-620 64MB
    1 - Hyundai PC100-322-620 128MB
    1 - Infineon PC100-222-620 128MB
    1 - Unknown Brand (MT8LSDT166AG-133E1) PC133U-333-542-A 128MB
    1 - Unknown Brand (HB52E88EM-86 9839 XJ0262 /C) PC100-322-620 UNKNOWN SIZE.

I know that these are old memory cause of the size and speed, but could they be worth something for trade or sale? If so, what should I be asking for?

I don't want to disappoint you, but I wouldn't even bother.
You may rather try something like Craigs List, just in case someone needs some rare type of RAM.

Seriously, I wouldn't want to buy it, because I see no use for it.

I take it that you never been to a mom and pop computer store then.

Well I found out that the 64mb will sell for about $5.00 to $7.00 dollars
and that the 128mb will sell for about $10.00 to $12.00 dollars

So if they are willing to pay the low price I should end up with about $45.00 dollars, until I find out what size that other chip is.

If $5-7 and $10-12 are the retail value of the memory you havem then I would expect a Mom and Pop store to offer you $1-2 each. The number of these they'll be able to sell is small (although not zero), and they need to make a profit on the deal after holding onto them for an indeterminate amount of time. but hey, it's your time...

IMHO, used 64MB chips are worth 10 to 15 cents; 128MB maybe a quarter.

    Newegg has 4GB (2 x 2GB) of OCZ Fatal1ty Edition for $19.99 (after $40 MIR) ... which is a mere $9.99 for each 2GB chip.

And, since a 2GB chip contains the equivalent of 32 64MB chips, that would make brand new 64MB chips worth about 31 cents each. ($9.99 divided by 32 equals 0.3121875).

The chips are used, so I look at used price, and not new. New SDRAM are about $22.00, so I think I can get away with used 64mb @ $5 and 128mb @ $10.
