Need to dump a hard drive.

Ok, I have a Toshiba Satellite m105-s3031 and I need to get all of the contents off of the drive and onto a new computer. How do I go about doing this? (I have no prior experience so please explain from the most basic level possible) Thanks.

    This USB to IDE&SATA adapter
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16812119152
or one like it since yours is a laptop too.
    more choices

advantage of that is you can use a SATA or IDE harddrive for backup too.

If you have a router and a network going already between the two computers, then you can do the following to save some money.
