Unistalling Software from a Crashed Drive
Okay, if I go into "Add/Remove" Programs to un intall a program from a broke drive...and re-install it on my good drive.
But it won't let me do it because "Add/Remove" Programs is looking for a drive that no longer exists physically at all (I unplugged it data cable and power cable)
How do I do this?

Not sure what you're trying to do--maybe if you could re-phrase the question it would help, however, if you have a new drive and want a certain program on it simply install it.

If you're trying to remove a 'no longer valid' entry in "Add/Remove Programs", CCleaner can help, ("Tools" icon, select an item, then "Delete Entry").

ccleaner only works on drives that are active.
I agree with dneilson, if you're trying to remove a program and the drive is dead, you really only need to install the program on the new drive.
You cannot install any program without a cd/dvd it came on.

How do you expect A/R Programs to remove a program from a drive Windows can't see? You have to have the drive attached as part of the system to access programs on the drive. No magic allowed here.
As Photolady notes, to install a program on a computer you need the installer - whether on disk or downloaded and saved to your drive. If you have no installer, you can neither install the program nor can you just remove the program from one drive and transport it to another.
Lastly, before writing the hard drive off as broken it's worth running the mfr's diagnostics on it first.

I take it you mean an orphan entry in the add/remove section?
If I remember rightly tweakui would remove those.
