Intel Express 10/100 Fast Ethernet Switch help
hello everyone
i hope i can revive this post or this thread ..
i really wanted a big hand ... it just happened that i now work as an IT support in a certain organization and i dunno if i'm lucky or what, but i have this unit Intel Express 10/100 Fast Ethernet Switch.
kindly guide how to access the said CONSOLE port which has a tag 9600-8-N-1.
i want also to fabricate my own DB9 female-female cable connector but i don't have any idea what are the pin-outs
hoping kind hearted individual can assist me in my predicament.
thanks,
cheers!

Hi anggwaponi. Welcome to VirtualDr.
I have removed your post and created a thread just for you. The other thread was a few years old and those people haven't been to this site in a long time. This way you'll get your own help. Someone will be along soon to help you.

Well for the pinout, scroll down a tad.

Might want to check that full article as they do list a bunch of pinouts that might help later.

And our dilemma is, if we teach you how to hack a ES101TX in this public forum, we may well be teaching someone how to hack our own ES101TX-type equipment.
