Outlook 2000 Error with Mass Email

Hello all,

For as long as I can remember, I have not been able to send out an email to many people in my contact list. It always returns with a system administrator error

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:	Summer of '05
      Sent:	5/11/2005 8:48 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

**name**
            No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

Think it has something to do with Outlook or with my ISP (Comcast)?

Nevermind. I emailed Comcast and they auto-block any email that has more than 50 people
