How do i get pic under my name?

i some people have pics under there name and pictures under their text ?? (signutrues) how do i get them?

How to add a picture (Avatar) under your name:

1. Click the

1. user cp (user control panel) button near the top left of the page.
   
2. Click the Edit Options link.
   
3. Scroll to the bottom right of the Options page and click the Change Avatar button.
   
4. Click the yes radio button under Custom Avatars.
   
5. Either type in the URL of your avatar (if it's on the web somewhere) or, click the Browse button to upload an avatar image from your computer.
   
   Note: Maximum width and height is 65 by 65 pixels and maximum file size is 20,000 bytes.
   
6. When you're finished, click the Submit Modifications button.

To add an image to your signature:

1. Go to

2. In the Signature box, enter the url for your web-accessible image between the [img][/img] tags.
   
3. Click the Submit Modifications button.
