    Dead Pixels

For those of you using LCD flat panel monitors, do you have a problem with dead pixels?

Not yet. Running maybe 6 or 7 of them at the office so far and hadn't noticed any dead pixels. Most are 17" 'BenQ' brand.

Used to have Nec laptop that had a couple dead pixel near the top right corner, (if I'm remembering correctly). None of the laptops we have now have any dead pixels though. (Various brands: IBM, Sony, Toshiba).

My laptop has one, but it's pretty old. It's a rare problem.

Thanks Dr. Gibbs and SuperSparks. Think I will stay with flat CRT's for a while longer.
