Ok, will disable Hybrid. But I do not use set timers for sleep/hibernate. I just put the computer to sleep when I'm ready.

Nope. No driver updates.
Check. Samsung SSD has latest firmware.
Under "power options", advanced settings, "allow hybrid sleep" is set to on.
