Well, the installation defaults to USB 001 Virtual port which also includes the fax for some reason. The DOT4 port is NOT checked by default, but lists the HP 4500 printer only...no fax. Problem is...

Thanks for that suggestion Doc, but I wasn't thinking it was a problem anywhere but with Firefox, since other browsers work fine.
