I just reinstalled but when I tried the clean tool I got 'Zonealarm has stopped working' (Cancel is the only option)

I uninstalled Zonealarm using Revo but it failed to take everything off. After the reboot, I still got a Zonealarm dialog saying my system is protected. I tried the manual method of changing...

I've tried the manual method and the application but I can't get full control of the Checkpoint folder, which I believe was put there by Zonealarm.
What do I have to do?
