In the REAL VERSION of OE that is created by Microsoft, OE creates a file called Delete.mbx .
That file can be manually deleted from within Windows Explorer.... Doing that - there would be nothing...

I read it was a known software glitch that affected more than just Rogers.....
If the cell towers can confirm you're a paid user by checking your account, it can't let you communicate. (my guess)

For grins - do this:
Enable the "show hidden file" option of Windows Explorer and navigate to this location "%userprofile%\AppData\Local
", delete "IconCache.db",
restart "Windows Explorer"...

Drill down to the EXE file for one of the programs.... Does it show the correct icon?
And or right click on the exe and select SEND TO -> Desktop (create shortcut)

NO CAN DO... It's a PRINTER.
You need a SCANNER.
Or you need a Multi Function (all in one printer)
