Order of things I would try...
In Vivaldi click File>import bookmarks and settings>from dropdown menu.. bookmarks html file.
and point it at your file.

If you mean the computer shuts down and not the scanner then perhaps it's a battery issue. Plug in the power supply and see what happens. Can you run other programs on the laptop?

ccsetup565.exe and ccsetup567.exe are both install exe's for Ccleaner which is a totally safe and known program... it also does...
