I found the problem....I forgot to take plastic covering off the keyboard ribbon, so when I removed that it started working... just wanted to let you know...Thanks for all the replies....

How would I make sure it is connected to motherboard? I made sure the ribbon on back of keyboard was attached, is that what you mean? If it is a hardware problem, how can I check for that? Sorry...

I think it may be the power supply, I did the paperclip test and it ran for a while, but when I put it back in computer, it wouldn't start.. One of the fans, started to spin but stopped, the power...

I got a USB keyboard and mouse.. the keyboard is bad, it worked fine with USB keyboard.. I also tried the reinstalling of keyboard...I guess I will order new keyboard...
