Help Broni - hi there

Its been a long time I know sorry but my daughter has a big problem. She's a Youtuber who does reviews and other things well she got a request to review a game and she scanned the email and what ever she does before downloading and all of a sudden the dropbox disappeared then this message came up and Kap has been deep scanning for hours now. She says unzipped the file, tried the exe and got this message and then immediately went into a disinfect mode on its own. Please advise.
