Anyone else seeing this? [EDIT: I meant Site, not Sie]
All is well for me.
We had issues about twelve hours ago that were resolved about 11 hours ago.
For an hour or so it was very slow. Posting got stuck in progress also. It seems to be fine now. Maybe just a hiccup or one of the servers in the route.
BTW, thanks for fixing the typo in the thread tittle (Steve?).
mmmm, spoke too fast. It seems to be random. One minute it'll be fine, another minute, it'll take like 30- 40 sec to open any link. (it's not my computer or my connection - it's fine with other sites.)
It's working great here in South Florida.
It has been OK for me today with the exception of a period of a few minutes when I got the dreaded timeout errors from the site.
Slower than usual, and even usual is quite slow (7-10 seconds to open a page).
Tracert result showing where it timed out. Did it several times and it always got stuck after [63.251.48.206]

I reported this, this morning.
It looks like intermittent slowness is back.
Posting the above took about 20 seconds.
Search is slow as well.
Took over 1 minute to post the above.
TEST
EDIT: Took about five seconds to post this...
test
Posted fine but as I said it's intermittent.
The above took 43 seconds (!)

VirtualDr, HardwareCentral and WinDrivers were stuck _at the same time_ for well over a minute.
All three finally came up _at the same time_. This isn't the first time I've seen this either.
Leads one to believe they all reside on the same "server"? (An Intel Atom nettop with 1GB of RAM in someone's basement connected via residential DSL?)
I was on the phone with one of the Editors this morning. We both experienced the one minute delay at a Sister site... REPORTED.
testing
A few minutes ago it was very, very slow. Now it is just the usual 7-10 seconds to go from one page to another.
The folks upstairs are monitoring the situation. It has been suggested that they add another server "again" to the database side of things.
Not trying to be mean but it is really bad for a technology/computer site to have such a nagging problem.
I must say things are getting worse AGAIN.
Navigating, searching and posting takes a long time.
So, Steve, have the management found out what the problem is? I ask b/c it's still happening every so often, like right now.
If they knew what the problem was - we wouldn't have it:eek:
Luckily, one of the brass hats was attempting to work on a long thread at a sister sites and had all sorts of issues... He's using buzz words like "first hand user experience is worse than poor" in his communications.
Yup, been having lots of problems lately. Super slow, can't connect, "Data Base" errors. This site is consistently inconsistent.
Yup!
The site has been screaming fast this morning. Post away while you can;)
Yes, it is ... just hope that it is going to stay this way.
