Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
- Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
- Close any open browsers.
- Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
- Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
- Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
NOTE 1. If Combofix asks you to install Recovery Console, please allow it.
NOTE 2. If Combofix asks you to update the program, always do so.
- Close any open browsers.
- WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
- Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
- If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
- Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
- When finished, it will produce a report for you.
- Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**
Make sure, you re-enable your security programs, when you're done with Combofix.
DO NOT make any other changes to your computer (like installing programs, using other cleaning tools, etc.), until it's officially declared clean!!!
I tried to run combofix and its gets to stage 31 and stops. I have been using trend micro and I disable it when I ran combofix. I still get message from trend micro that its blocking stuff and ask me if I want to allow or keep blocking it there a few and I don't know what they are for so I keep blocking them and then it will freeze up and stops at stage 31 .thanks
Start over. Don't block anything. TrendMicro is a real pain.
Start over from superAntiSpyware or from combofix and do not disable anything is that correct. thanks
No. Disable TrendMicro. Re-run Combofix. If Trend still tries to block something, don't let it to be blocked.

Hello trend micro will not let me go to OTM website to download this. What must I do thanks
Use another computer and place the download on a thumbdrive or burn it to a cd as examples.
...or try to use Safe Mode with Networking

Note 2: The Java Quick Starter (JQS.exe) adds a service to improve the initial startup time of Java applets and applications. If you don't want to run another extra service, go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced > Miscellaneous and uncheck the box for Java Quick Starter. Click OK and restart your computer.

9. Please, let me know, how is your computer doing.
Everything seem to be running ok only problem I see is when I’m signed into administrator profile I can access the internet but when I go into my home profile or one of my kids profile I can’t get onto the internet. thanks
Good :)
Try to create brand new profile and see, if there is a same problem.
I created a new profile and had no problem getting onto the internet I then tried one of the other ones and could not get onto the internet
Well, it looks like those profiles are corrupt.
Use the new one, delete the other ones.
I deleted them and I saved the files to my profile how can I sent them to the new profile that I set up thanks
