The ION USB deck turns the past into the future. A remarkably rapid march of time has seen the media for music transformed from vinyl to tape to CD and now to MP3. In the headlong rush there's a lot of music that's been left behind, which is where this brilliant piece of kit comes in. Whether you've a stack of old 45s, 33s or even 78s (gawd bless you), you can now convert them to MP3s with this USB Turntable.
Obviously it works like any regular turntable, but plug a USB cable into the back of it and then into your computer, and with the software provided you can convert your vinyl into WAV, WMV and MP3s. You can even plug a tape deck into an auxiliary port and convert your old cassettes.

If you've ever had a problem telling the time, then worry no more. The Binary Watch is so completely impossible to use (unless you're a code-head) that not being able to tell the time is no longer a cause for worry, but just perfectly normal behaviour. Of course for those of you who 'get it', the Binary Watch - whilst palpably a watch - is not about telling the time, it's about being carefree and eminently cool. It either says 'I'm sufficiently techno-cool that I can actually tell the time on this thing' or 'I'm so laid back I don't need to know what the time is, but cool lights, huh?'.
Square Binary WatchAs the classic joke goes, 'there are only 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary, and those who don't' and it doesn't matter if you're a 1 or a 0, it's a unique if slightly daft gizmo whichever way you look at it. Though of course if you look at it upside down, the time will be different. Nevertheless, this is one cool watch. Here's how it works...

Smokey Amp.

Musicians are very cool. Musicians smoke. They also use equipment called amps. These three undeniable truths of rock have been fused together, by a former custom amp designer at guitar legends Fender, in the form of the very cool Smokey amp. It's a high-performing amp - for its size - housed in a used cigarette carton. A perfect box, mind you, no phone numbers or torn corners.
Smokey Amp A lifetime's appreciation of surgically enhanced models may or may not have induced the makers to inject silicone into the boxes as reinforcement, but it works a treat. One square battery will give you about ten hours of playing time, and there's a 0.5w output into the built-in speaker. Of course, you're not going to play Wembley with one, but a whopping great Marshall doesn't fit in your pocket, does it?

Candy Grabber.
http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/image.../cangra_lg.jpg
This mini Candy Grabber is like having your very own diet control method on your desktop - now you have to earn your chocolates! Fairground 'Grabbers' seem just so rigged, so avoid spending £2 failing to pick up a desperately sad looking blue rabbit, and fill your very own Candy Grabber with your favourite sweets. Once you've popped one of the tokens in the slot, you have just one minute and fifteen seconds (but who’s counting) to manoeuvre your grabber into position using the three levers, grab your candy and release it down the shoot. Truly horrible and yet strangely nostalgic carnival music plays while you desperately try to grab stuff, and gets faster and faster as your time runs out. When you do succeed in liberating your sweets, a motion sensor triggers off some tacky but satisfying applause! In order to stop you cheating, the hole in the top through which you load your sweets is too small for sticky little fingers. Of course if you're really bad at it you could just pick the whole thing up, turn it upside down and shake it, but oh the shame![/QUOTE]

USBCell: Batteries That Recharge Through USB
Quote:
Produced by Moixa Energy, USBCELL batteries are simply batteries that recharge from any USB port. They require no separate recharging devices, cradles or cables and can be used exactly like a normal battery. The design itself is rather like a typical memory stick with its flip top lid and they could be set to deliver the same killer blow to the battery market that memory sticks did to floppy discs.
