i foresee a problem with that TV. the video you put on an ipod video is rather low quality, as the screen is so small, so blowing that up to 22" will not look nice at all!

My first time checking out this thread. What a collection of stuff....although if that USB turntable works as it's supposed to I can finally save my Artie Shaw and other big-band 78s to MP3. I've stopped playing them because they're so brittle now. :)

The Optimus Keyboard

When the price goes down, I am getting one of these!

After almost a year and a half of public development, the Optimus OLED keyboard is nearing completion. According to the project blog, pre-orders for the Optimus-103 will start on December 12. The price is unspecified at this time, but Art Lebedev has said the keyboard will cost 'less than a good mobile phone' (probably about $400). Don't expect to see those 10 programmable function keys on the left on this first version, though, as they will not make their debut until the Optimus-113, released later.

It's been ten years, but QFC and Safeway never had them. Albertson's had something they called mince, but it looked more like haggis.

We never went for groceries there, the wife couldn't stand how filthy the store was up on Everett Way (Route 99). She used to say that she had to wipe her feet on the way out.:)
