You are correct, that was the real address for the Bunkers residence, in the Glendale section of Queens, Archie came up with the Hauser address when he was driving to the studio in LA one morning & saw Hauser Blvd. He thought that sounded good for his residence in Queens.
Yeah that's what I was gonna say it sounded familiar. That's the house they show in the credits. Not the one where it was shot, it was shot on a soundstage in calif.

Splinter learnt martial arts by watching his owner who was a martial arts expert.
One day his owner was killed by another expert and splinter escaped into the sewer where he came across the TMNT in the ooze.
He scooped them up into a tin can and both he and they mutated.
He trained them and one day they came across the Foot Clan lead by Shredder who was none other than the killer of Splinter's owner.
Ohhhhh yeahhhh, it's been a while....but i've also seen the film. :D

You may have to wait for something more specific....all I recall was that it wasn't until the funeral that Archie learned his friend was Jewish. And he said he never knew that about him and couldn't tell by looking at his face or anything else. :D
It was this one (i remember cuz it cracked me up).
"Many's da jewish joke he told. Like he told the one about the Priest says to the Rabbi 'how come ya never eat no ham?' and the Rabbi says 'well it's against my religion', then the Rabbi asks da Priest, 'how come ya never go out wit a girl' and the Priest says 'well that's against MY religion' and the Rabbi says 'ya oughta try it, it's better than ham'"
