Operation Delta 20
We now begin a new segment of our computer building saga. The Queen of Hearts continues to tweak and peak her way to who knows what? There have been many problems come up that have been dispatched rather quickly. The detailed information presented, both hardware and software, are impressive. Many thanks to all who have assisted with their timely comments. And for those of you that have questions or add to jump right in.

Mornin'. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
I decided I'm not ready to make a copy of what I have yet. If I had to scanreg/ restore it would be just like it is or was yesterday. Long as I don't have to go back to last Wednesday. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Was at the ER until 2 AM this morning--finally fell asleep around 6--very painful. Think I'll be out of the loop here for awhile. Need the rest. Will check back from time to time.
-
Are you OK, bistro?
Take care...I hope you get to feelin' better. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Oh...I'll be alright...doc thinks it's severe esophagistis...feels like a heart attack especially lying down at night. Got some different meds that seem to help--big test is tonight when I lay down. If you can, email me a new esophagus...

I am fixin' to install Real Myst. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Most of the others had monsters and dragons and devil looking things. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
There was a teenage boy standing next to me in the games aisle looking sneaky. I realized he was copying cheats on his hand from one of the books https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ ...and he pointed me to the Official Strategy Guide, which was nearly as much as the game ! https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
One other one I thought about getting was sort of a puzzle solving Sherlock Holmesy kinda game. The scenery looked pretty realistic on the box, and seemed like one I might like.
I sure do hope you're doin' better, bistro. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

THERE YOU ARE !!! https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Good I was getting concerned ! Glad it's not your heart.
hmmmmmm wonder if I gave you an ulser?? https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
You wouldn't want my esophagus. It's in the same condition as yours. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

QoH: I didn't mean you had to get Real Myst--was just a suggestion https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ It's fun though. Read the background to the story thoroughly--will help a lot to understand what in the *&$# going on. If you really get stuck, it's OK to read up on the answer (The Myst Purists will hang me for that one... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/)
BTW: the Windows Update site has the Windows 98 Customer Service Pack CD available. You just pay for shipping. Has bug fixes, etc.--might save you time if you ever have to re-do everything.

I know you didn't. I think you are very perceptive. I looked at them all. This one seemed real and calm anyway. I would like to know if there really are games like the ones in the 3DMark Demo.
Usually the ones the kids like are too bloody for me. Even the 007 in Nintendo 64 was not something I cared to play or even watch.
I even considered Alice. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Then changed my mind. Some were pretty expensive. 50 bucks then the guide on top of that ! Unless those have the guide already included.
-
QoH: https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Oh...OK..if you're bound and determined to get stumped a lot--play Real Myst--(actually I got hooked on the original--just bought Real Myst a little while back--haven't had too much time to play it---it is the same as the original except you now have fluid motion; and there's supposedly an additional Age to visit. Have fun with it.
Word to the Wise:Save, save, save. Solve a puzzle-save immediately. Frustrating to have to go back through just to re-solve the puzzle(s).
Lots of games out there that have graphics like you see on the demo. Most do NOT have the strategy guide included (gotta love those marketers!..).
Mosaic1: Thank you. Boy, do I know that by experience. Have had pain before, but this one takes the cake. Trying to fall to sleep propped up like that was and is difficult.
They're going to stick a tube down there on Friday and see what's going on (probably detect the first bottomless pit found in a human...). Today hasn't been too bad--must be the new meds. Like I said, tonight will be a good test. I appreciate the concern very much. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Gawd, gotta give up the stuff I like the most (chocalate, coffee, etc.) https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Suggest sleeping in a recliner, some of them are mighty nice. Relax, and take care of yourself.
So other folks can LOL. http://www.100percentjokes.com/youngdriver.html
QOH
Hitting the games, ehh. Another store loves her. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Drove by a pair of boots the other day, bet you do not have a pair like them
