Queen of Hearts, Mosaic has outdone herself with these two links:This and This. In figuring an estimate of time, it will take us 217 years +or- 3% to digest this material where we can feel proficient with it. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Talk about info overload. Whew!! This is great. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Intel 866mghz $239.00
It said on the list at Price Combat (one of those on Mosaic's link) it was going to be 247.00 for the 866mhz but when I went to the site, it was only $239.00 >>>retail boxed with three year Warranty. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
This may be another eyeroller for bistro, but here goes.
A is my floppy
C is the one I save stuff to
D is the CDROM
https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Why don't I have a B drive?

The sleeper has come forth again. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Mosaic, Where can I learn more about these codes?
-
https://discussions.virtualdr.com/Awwwww.....I was hoping I had a place I hadn't discovered yet with a few hundred extra MB's. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
hmmmmmm....wonder who writes those MSKB articles....and who the editor is !

Mosaic is correct--the B drive was the old 5.25 floppies (*sniff*...which I greatly miss...NOOOOTTTT!). After those became passe', a bunch of techies got together and pondered, "B or not B? That is the question."
If you were to install (slave) a second floppy there, it will have that drive letter.
BTW, QoH; I'm not rolling my eyes at any of your questions--just ask. No "dumb" ?'s here. (Ok, I might giggle a little, but only to myself...) https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

B:\ can be a floppy or a LS120 also.
Haven't chased the wiring of a Zip yet. But see them there in the stores. But, mosaic1 is correct as to original function. My 386 has one. But, have not tried to find floppies for it.
Mosaic1
M$ is funny that way . WHOOPERS at that.

ZIP and floppy don't mix. Different animules. Don't try putting a ZIP on a floppy cable.
-
What I thought and Ths LS120 has a double hookup at that.
