I'm generally too busy using my puter to see my desktop
Besides, all that fancy stuff sucks up resources ;)
OK...........here's mine.
I have mine done very efficiently tho, the Visual style is done using a patched uxtheme.., so it doesn't take up any more then using the ones that came with windows
y'z dock and trillian rarely use any CPU up when they are hidden (they have auto-hide on) otherwise they are CPU hogs.., but it doesn't matter cause they can use all the CPU they want when I am only using one or the other
the hacked icons are just in there in place of the XP ones.., so they use no more resources
besides, I have my 3400+, minds well use it..I noticed no slow downs, and I have a seperate user for games that runs bb4win
here is mine

I don't know how anyone can stand all those icons splattered all over the place. I like mine minimalist (and relaxing). Different wallpaper for each monitor is a cool nVidia feature:
*drool*, I want dual monitors..
but another monitor isn't in the budget at the moment

Ditto, the problem is that i went for a 19" first(my first tft) and now it would be weird having anything smaller with it, so i would need a pay raise asap:)

P.S: Any charity is welcomed towards the new monitor fund :p

I hope not.., I can't stand working in lower resolutions.., winamp takes up 3/4 of the screen that way, let alone anything that is suppost to take up some space
