No clue... that's just as I found it .... no description other than storm cloud or something like that. I think its a skyline of some city.

I can't vouch for the site. Don't know if they have a good reputation or not. But since I downloaded it using Linux I'm not worried about malware. I imagine someday, when enough people are using Linux that will change.
