Last night when I removed the Memorex mouse from the Device Manager, I removed the Memorex first then of course immediately had no mouse and had to shut down. Plugged in the Compaq before restarting and it picked it up, then I did the Compaq drivers. If I were to get a new mouse like the track ball ( sure could manouver in the game easier https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ ) can I add it first, then take the Compaq out ? Or will it be too confusing to have two at the same time in the Device Manager until I remove the Compaq ?
I wonder if I'd have trouble with it like the Memorex mouse playing the game?

Haven't the foggiest https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ But you'll need to power down, replace the old with the new. Windows should recognize it as a PS/2 mouse. Then load any drivers that come with it.

This modem is working too good. I have it set up to where it will knock me off if the shop phone rings. It is not. I called from the house phone to this line and it did not disconnect. I do not have it on *70 in the dialing properties. Is something else causing this to not work correctly.
I know I should be thrilled, but I gotta be able to answer this phone.
I never could find those options on my Modem CD to silence the racket like you mentioned. So I left the "M0" in there.
