Nope, same as, but paste it into an image editor instead of Word. You can use Paint if you don't have any other image editor, or download and use www.irfanview.com irfanview is a good free image editor, one that is used by a lot of us techs here.

Thx PL.....let's try it now......
this should do it...
Yep, Igbpop, that's much better. And a nice photo too. Did you shoot that one?
:o Actually, no. It's one of the sample pics in XP's Documents\My Photos folder! Cameras have never been my strong suit lol....still trying to figure out why that big sliding cover is over the viewfinder. When I open it and click the shutter, I always get the same blurry image. I'll stick to looking at my son's photos.
Using LiteStep 0.24 instead of Explorer for my shell.
The small windows with screensaver images in them are actually animated screensavers. The large "console window" uses BGInfo for the information (which I had to blot some out), and console.dll so I can use a section of that window to type commands like a Run box. Handy.
The sidebar "wharf" lets me run programs from popout menus, which requires hand-editing of the step.rc, but when the configuration is done, it's worth it.
The "root" box lets me run cmd.exe as local Admin (after issuing the password); the box below that one opens a cmd.exe window in the context of my normal login (non-Admin for security. No browser hijacks/spyware here!)
The theme is a heavily modified "Fallout" theme originally done by "Tin Omen" (www.desktopian.org).
That's quite a cool fully modded custom desktop :D i like., the second bracket in that link needs editing out or it will not load up, ;)

Nice topic. We all get to show off our pride & joy. ;)
I'm always changing mine, but I like the Zippo theme the best. So many themes, so little time.
SpyCop, Spy Sweeper, Spyware Blaster, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE..... sounds like overkill :) Clean up that desktop!
... My latest Desktop incarnation ... The other monitor is busy at the moment with other things.
My wife found this neat travel brochure (c. 1915) so I tried scanning it to wallpaper. Think it's growing on me...
There be dragons.
classic resource saver
I've always wondered what solid colored background uses the least amount of energy to produce?
Any ideas? Or would the difference be negligible?
