https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ It's annoying to me, because not only did I have enough trouble just finding the place where they were supposed to be, but also with my own spelling. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
But I did find and check out that overclockin' part of the Video Card. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Fixing to test aaaalllll the way over to the right.

"Which ones did you not find ? That 8 tap Anistropic was the only one I have not been able to find."
Mosaic,
Well! GOOD ! Thank you. I thought even I had spelled it wrong too, but then after you posted that I got out bistro's tweak sheet and that's where I got that spelling from.
Then he spelled it that way again:
"Don't worry about that 8-bit anistropic setting--not available on later versions I found out. The anistropic filtering setting in NVMax and/or Display Properties (OpenGL tab) takes care of it."
SO ! Bistro was right ! .....why does this not surprise me ? https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Do you feel any different ? Your's probably does but since I am looking at the same monitor I forget sometimes...UNTIL it's time to open up a BIG program. Then I KNOW where I am.

QOH
If you decide for a bigger, go for the 19".
I should have got 2.
The 17 is okay, but you have better screen control, I am sitting back and reading it from 3 feet away. On compaq now. Just turn my head and reading your post on jr. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

QoH: Be real careful overclocking that Herc card. You'll probably be able to go as far as 190/190--don't go any further or you'll get break-ups (not to mention you could burn up the card). You need at least a fan on the heat sink and probably some ram (heat) sinks. There are cooling kits out there to modify a GeForce 2 MX card for overclocking (www.2cooltek.com). Until you are ready for that, keep it at normal. My overclocking (190/190) was done AFTER installing a fan on the heat sink and a "nautilus" fan blowing a lot of air onto the vid card. Otherwise, I wouldn't have tried it.
-
Using a electronic probe while running 3D Mark My video heatsink hit and held 40 Degrees C.
But my cpu hit 35 C.
bistro
Ya needs to get that camera fo sure now.

I'm trying, I'm trying! https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Got a few more case mods to do--"blowhole" on the top with medium Panaflo fan and replace intake with a large Panaflo fan--regular size Panaflo for exhaust. Going to replace the power supply fan with a Panaflo also (seems to be a lttle weak). Weather service is going to detect this case as a new hurricane comin' in. (But Panaflo's are reaaaallll quiet). Should get them in the mail tomorrow.
QoH: Remember that any 3dMark score over 3000 (default settings) is good-to-go with any 3D game out there. Everything thing above that is just bragging rights. Don't burn up that nice card now, hear? https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Nite all!

aaawwwwww...I'm not doin' it. I was just teasin' ya https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
I won't be moving any of those settings without your permission.
I do have the Cyclone blowing right on the Video card in the first PCI slot. I don't see how a fan on the heatsink could fit in between the Cyclone and the Video card. I'd have to move the Cyclone fan over one slot and waste two then? The one the Cyclone would be over and the one in between it and the Video card.
The Sound card is currently in the second PCI slot.
Did the overclocking make that big of a difference ?
