Beats my score https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Doesn't surprise me; faster CPU, faster RAM and you've got AGP 4x available. Little newer board there too. Bistro is pleased that his little grasshopper has surpassed him--the goal of any instructor. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ I am pleased, too. I just have so much more time now with all this speed of loading pages and opening windows. I have time to cook supper now. Even catch up on my laundry. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Thank you https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Good evening to all.
Bistro
How long ago was it that you delt with the InWin A500 case and how old was it? Do you know/remember?

Train: Used an InWin A500 to build a computer for a friend about 1.5 years ago. He got the case from an aquaintance.

Absolutely. For once a company listened and designed an excellent case--very happy with this. With a few case "tweaks", got the system temp to 75 to 76 F (been running around 5 hours now). CPU is an oc'ed 533 Celeron @ 800---with a Golden Orb cooler and Rain 2.0, average temp "as we speak" is 85 F. Drops to 77 during idle times.

I got lots of room left in my case. Looks kinda sparce in there.
Ya sure there isn't suppose to be more stuff ? https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Maybe I forgot something ? ... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

A second hard drive, perhaps a ZIP drive, a CD-R, a Lazyboy recliner (should be room for it...).
-
I definitely have room for greengoose's coffeepot.
I barely can hear the hard drive, but all those fans whirrr away ! I think it's the one on the power supply that's the loudest. Hard to tell as many as there are in there! https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

QOH
you will be shocked how easy a cd-rw goes in there. Plus you can save all those reg tweaks then. And anything else that you heart desires.
Why set it for master, hookup ribbon, fasten sliders, shove in, plug into secondary, fasten power.
about it, ok some missing https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Sounds just as easy as it was to put this thing together. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
but... but... but will I have to go back in the BIOS? Nooooooooooooooooooo!
-
Bios, no way lady, no way.
I put in a hp9500i it uses windows drivers.
It booted up found new equipment, installed drivers, asked for a reboot, rebooted.
When up, I put the program cd in and intalled it rebooted, and after it booted up. I made a cd for him.
EDIT : Night all

When I installed mine, I had to boot the reboot (even though I knew nothing aboot it), then when the CD installation asked for the reboot I gave it the boot and it rebooted, even though it didn't boot in the first place. But I didn't have to boot or reboot into the BIOS.
And with that...Adieu and Goodnight.... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

I'll be happy to boot and reboot, even shoe and reshoe anytime over BIOS. 'specially as fast as he does it.
