They're coming in to me on Gmail.
I got one for Broni's reply.
For me it's just spotty.
Last night I received one from my malware removal forum but nothing from this topic and again nothing from another reply from the very same malware removal forum I got one before.
But if I'm receiving an email every single time I should be, wouldn't that indicate VirtualDr's board (vBulletin) software is working exactly as it should be?
If there is something blocking/redirecting email after it has been sent from VirtualDr to you, I don't know of anything that VirtualDr might be able to do.
I wasn't on line very much yesterday... But this morning I received an email that quoted Broni's last post.
Maybe Broni needs to switch back to Gmail.
EDIT: I've ask the IT person to push out an email from within the control panel as a test. It might come from a sister site but the test would be valid.
No single notification for me today.
I'll try Gmail for couple of days.
Steve...can you PM me with 100% valid mail server IP taken from your IT people?
I'll try to hit Comcast again.
The test mail was sent to you almost 4 hours ago. Have requested the IP.
I'll be going offline in an hour so not sure how the timing will work out.
I got this one through Gmail.
I bet that will make a believer out of you;)
Sent you a PM.
Gmail works for now.
Filled Comcast form again.
If they reply for the third time it's not their fault I'll call SOBs.
OK. I called Comcast Customer Security Assurance and I went all the way to 2nd level support.
They checked and re-checked and there is no filter set for either VDr website name or mail server IP.
They found nothing on their side.
Not sure what the problem is at this point.
Possibly your IT people could recheck my account or whatever is necessary.
Broni - we have 22 sites that are all setup the same for the most part. Currently you and Comcast are the only one reporting an issue.
You've seen for yourself that when you switch to your Gmail account - all is well.
You could setup a message rule within Gmail and have mail forward to your Comcast account;)
Too much garbage would be coming form Gmail.
Oh well I'll just have to check new replies manually.
Not the best option as it'll create delay in malware removal forum but I don't have any other option.
Setup a message rule in Gmail to automatically forward _only_ email that comes in from "[email protected]" to your Comcast email account.
Good idea. Thanks :)
Now, someone replies here so I can test it.
