[RESOLVED] slow again

Sorry I spoke too soon,i just done 7 windows updates and the problem has returned.As soon as I restarted after the updates it took ages to get online and the Samsung Fast Start Icon flagged up.:(

What do you mean by "flagged up"?

The Fast Start Icon appeared at the bottom of the screen while I was waiting to get online:confused:

I also tried opening a program 3 times with no response,then about 4 mins later the same program opened 3 times at once

OK, let's disable some startups.

Re-run Autoruns and UN-check following itmes:

+ "Secunia PSI Tray.lnk"
+ "\SmartRestarter" (in "Task Scheduler" section)

Restart computer and see how it goes.

It takes about 1 min to get online now where it normally takes 10-15 secs,tried to open ccleaner 3 times, waited 5 mins nothing happened,opened google and 3 windows of ccleaner opened as well.Still weird:confused:

At this point there is nothing malicious on your computer.
