But I also notice the way to get around this is just reimage the computer with Acronis after a month and the computer is like spanking brand new again.:D I reimage my computer, at least, every other week anyway; just to ensure there are no malware, trojans, worms, etc...
If I did not RAID 0, I doubt my speed would be anywhere close to 350mb sequential read.
