Try to create brand new profile and see, if there is a same problem.
I created a new profile and had no problem getting onto the internet I then tried one of the other ones and could not get onto the internet
Well, it looks like those profiles are corrupt.
Use the new one, delete the other ones.
I deleted them and I saved the files to my profile how can I sent them to the new profile that I set up thanks
