Well I just spoke to the customer and explained the situation. Seems she might want to buy new (used) processor.
No good doing that if the hs is not flat.
It's not a HS problem, because I've tried a different HS which didn't make a difference, and I tried another processor which did.
Well....it sounds like a bad processor to me. Perhaps the core is beginning to blow.
Use it for a hot plate. As the expression goes, "When God gives you salmon, make salmonella.":D
